Painting homes can be a great summer job and a great way of earning some cash, but would you like to do it for a living? It doesn't sound worth the hassle does it? So go ahead and get professionals who know what they're doing and who makes a living at painting homes. Or barring that get an out-of-work student or two who needs the money and who'll do almost as good a job as the professionals painters will.
